On this Women’s day women from various fields were acknowledged for their work .

The event which was held at Hansraj College,Delhi University kicked off with few success stories followed by awards.

Sharon Lowen spoke beautifully about her journey .I was touched by the beautiful lady from Rajasthan who fought cancer bravely .Ashaji,Nirbhaya’s mother had a meaningful message for today’s youth about dignity of life .

Vice president of BJP,Shri Shyam Jaju gave away the awards .I was given the title –

PARYAVARAN RATAN -the jewel working on environment !
