A quiet dinner was hosted by Mr Vijay Mehta in honour of the new Ambassador of Poland H.E Tomasz Lukaszuk and his wife Maria .The welcoming was beautiful with a Ganesha statue gifted to the Ambassador for a great tenure in India .
It was attended by top businessmen ,social activists,doctors ,lawyers and people from all fields .
A quiet affair ,the evening was a gentle interaction with the Ambassador and his wife .

UN DAY CELEBRATION ….NEW DELHI
Lions Club International celebrated UNO day at Chanakyapuri on 4th of November where 18 diplomats were felicitated with Lifetime achievement award for their unparalleled work and unceasing efforts for humanity and their nation.
The spirit of the event was very high as we cherished the fruits of our hard work .
Diplomats from Uganda,Kenya,Belarus,Mongolia,Turkey ,Palestine,Cape Verde,Estonia,Dominican Republic,Bolivia,Tovalu,Algeria,Qatar and Poland were amongst the ones who were honoured.
This was followed by high tea .

The rains arrive with Indians celebrating another beautiful festival .Originating in UP and Rajasthan this is a celebration of love between spouses and lovers .Radha -Krishna are the epitome of love in our culture and mythology .
Swings ,hina,bangles and all Shingar and women look stunning ! There are special folk songs for this occassion .
The Rajasthan Academy Celebrated this day with a cultural programme .Dancers,musicians ,artists and lovers all thronged Dilli Haat besides the drizzle .Mr Lakhotia presided over the function .The core team comprised of Mr Gaurav Gupta and Sandeep Goel.
An elaborate celebration at the Korean Embassy .We worked hard as a team to make this festival super special .Colorful attires,beautifully decked up women ,music ,dance and a big spread of indian food made this evening truly HINDUSTANI ! Mr vijay Jolly ,Ms Pinky Anand,Mr Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma ,Vijay Goel ,Shamsher Mehndi and Ambassadors from various countries graced the occasion .

Ms Pinky Anandji has been appointed as the Additional Solicitor General of India and in honour of her, a gracious dinner was given at Qutab hotel .Vijender Gupaji and his wife Shobhaji , Senior leader Vijay Goelji and MP Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma were all there to congratulate her !
Mayor Anil Sharmaji and Deputy Mayor Ravinder ji were also present .Gracing the occasion were Bigwigs from various fields of life .Mr Vijay jolly ,Mukesh Guptaji ,Harteerath Singh ji ,Kavita Ashok and Geeta singh,

The Russian Embassy hosted the most fabulous and larger than life welcome party for 2014 !
Attended by the who is who of the city and the diplomatic circle,the evening was a treat with food ,wine ,music ,great guests , ambassadors and diplomats dressed in costumes .Some were beyond recognition !I still am guessing who it was under certain disguises !!

Though the session was by invite only, the response was overwhelming !Those who took his blessings and healing experienced zen ! Attended by beaurocrats,politicians ,industrialists,entrepreneurs ,youngsters and home makers the event concluded with a life force of a million buddhas in each person .
On his next visit I shall present a bigger healing opportunity to more people .

Bhutan is a charming neighbour with beautiful landscape and great ethos .A small team of members paid a visit to Rashtrapati bhawan to meet the King and queen of Bhutan .It was an intriguing exchange of ideas and I am floored with their humble demeanour .
